Edmonton…The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate has completed an Investigative Review regarding the death of a baby and is publicly releasing the results of the review as outlined under the Child and Youth Advocate Act.
Ten-month-old “Lily” passed away after drowning in a container of homemade alcohol in her family home. Her family was receiving Child Intervention Services when she passed away.
