Investigative Review: 8-Year-Old Ella

Edmonton…The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate has completed an Investigative Review regarding the death of a child and is publicly releasing the results of the review as outlined under the Child and Youth Advocate Act.

Eight-year-old “Ella,” who had severe global development delays, was found unresponsive in a group home and was transported to hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
