Child and Youth Advocate releases first investigative review involving a serious injury
The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate has completed its Investigative Review involving the serious injury of a 10-month-old baby and is publicly releasing the results of the review as outlined under the Child and Youth Advocate Act.
“This is the first Investigative Review from my office involving a serious injury and I am pleased that the child has recovered from her injuries,” said Del Graff, Child and Youth Advocate. “It is important that the recommendations in this report are implemented to prevent serious injuries of children in the future.”
