Investigative Review: Two-Year-Old Teanna

Edmonton…The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate has completed an Investigative Reviews regarding a serious injury and is publicly releasing the results of the review as outlined under the Child and Youth Advocate Act.

Two-year-old Teanna sustained a life-threatening injury while in-care. She has made a full physical recovery, but still has emotional challenges.
