Youth Aging Out Of Care: Stephan

In the fall of 2012, the OCYA hosted focus groups with youth and professionals to hear directly from them about youth transitioning out of care. More than 140 young people who had been in care, were currently in care, or were leaving government care attended focus groups. This is Stephan’s story.
